1. Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they govern your use of (which includes access to) Highlifeng’s personalized services for streaming and downloading music and other content,

Use of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented by Highlifeng.

By signing up for, or otherwise using, the Highlifeng Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must not use the Highlifeng Service.

2. Age and eligibility requirements

BY USING THE HIGHLIFENG SERVICE, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE 16 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER INTO THIS PLATFORM.

3. The Highlifeng Service Provided by the Company Highlifeng Media.

We provide numerous Highlifeng Service options which mostly bothers on promoting Igbo culture and music. Certain Highlifeng Service options require payment before they can be accessed so as to pay the creators of the music for the work they do. We also offer advanced promotional plans, which include memberships, or Advertisement services.

NOTE:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER THAT IS UPLOADED BY YOU. AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE SHOULD ANY ISSUE BOTH LEGAL OR OTHERWISE OCCUR DUE TO IT.

4. REVENUE

WE WILL SHARE THE REVENUE WITH THE CONTENT OWNERS  (70%   FOR  THE  ARTIST  AND  30%.  For HIGHLIFENG) - However, it can be adjusted based on exceptional agreements that has to do with promotions.

5. Third-Party applications, devices and open source software

The Highlifeng Service may be integrated with, or may otherwise interact with, third-party applications, websites, and services and third-party personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, speakers, and other devices.

6. Service limitations and modifications

Due to the need to keep our service updated in other to give the listeners a quality audio content, our service may experience certain change from time to time but it won’t pose as any liability to you.

This changes will include:

1: Certain upgrade, which might include, updating, testing, maintenance and other technical issue that might arise in the future.

2: At the future we might decide to stop any function, features, promotions or any other thing.

3: We are not obliged to provide any particular content in the platform.

4: Highlifeng has no obligation to provide a refund to the users bothering on internet connections or any other outage or failures caused by the actions of authorities or any third party which is beyond our control.

5: You will agree to provide us with any detailed information whenever you are asked.

7.  THE USE OF HIGHLIFENG CREATING A HIGHLIFENG ACCOUNT

You will first have to create a Highlifeng account, in other to be able to access all our services.

Your username and password is your property and it is required you keep them safe always, and in case you misused it, quickly notify our customer care.

8. Your rights in using Highlifeng Access to our service

Once you accept our terms and conditions, you will be granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable rights to our platform unless your account is terminated due to any infringement done by you. Which will include redistributing or transferring our service or its contents.

OUR RIGHTS

Account Termination:

Highlifeng has the rights to disable your accounts and to freeze your money therein if at any point you go against the terms and conditions.

CONTENTS AND FEATURES:

The contents, Trademarks, Logos, domain names, Service Marks are all the sole property of Highlifeng. Thereby you are not granted any right to use any of our brands or features for either commercial or non commercial use.

9. User guidelines

Before using our services, you must have agreed to our terms and conditions.

10 . Content and Intellectual Property Rights User Content

Highlifeng users can post audios and videos, but ARE SOELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENTS THEY POST

11. Licenses that you grant to us User Content

The ownership of your contents remains with you; but, we will have an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, irreplaceable, irrevocable license to use them

12. USE ON DEVICE

We will have the right to make use of the processor, bandwidth and storage hardware on your device to allow easy operation

13. Changes

These terms and conditions may change as time goes, but we will first notify you through email, or any means you provide to us during registration.

NOTE

Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which the Terms were changed. Your use of the HighlifeNg Service following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not wish to continue using Highlifeng Service under the updated Terms, you may terminate your account by contacting us. The effective date set forth below this document indicates when these Terms were last changed.
